C-cure

C-cure was founded, by Mette Nikander in 1993 specialized within technical and organizational cybersecurity  and compliance. In 2021  all company activities were sold to Nixu Corporation- listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

She is security and privacy to the bone, an active debater in her spare time and often on LinkedIn she writes about national security, cybersecurity, the threat landscape and privacy.

For more than 18 years, she was a active member of the Danish Industry's (DI) Security Committee, where she has contributed with answers to hearings on GDPR, NIS2, CRA, the Danish National Security Strategy, as well as she also contributed to guidance material for DI-members through the years.

In 2024 Mette was a Boardmember at Danmarks Whistleblowerforening.
She was co-writing the statements in Kalvebod Brygge Deklarationen and she is one of the founders of 'Forum for Bedre Cybersikkerhed' where she is vice chairman
